How the idea for The Colouful Art Café was born

I was sitting, camera in hand, in front of the Rijksmuseum watching the flow of tourists, interspersed with a few Dutch people, eager to visit wonderful pieces of art.

As i wandered back to my atelier at the Vondelpark, I stumbled upon a café, where I can sit and think about the next step.

So as an artist I decided to fuse together these things and set up a café in Amsterdam that would be the home of art, good food and drinks.

 From 2018 until 2019 the Café was wonderful,with art and good food. 2020 the corona COID19 hit us .

After that moment I thought a lot about this wealthy man and what he had said. I remembered him sitting there with his wine and he’s good food and his longing for meaning in art.

So as an artist I decided to fuse together these things and set up a café in Amsterdam that would be the home of art, good food and drinks. 

I called it the Colourful Art Cafe, where the central message is to spend some ‘me-time’ enjoying art, good food and sipping on your drink of your choice (coffee, tea, juice or wine.)

Now  we have Foodtruck in  Albert cype where  easy to find us.
